TIPS FOR SLEEPING
Having problems falling to sleep? here are some tips that may help you- Stay off the electronics Sit and watch the sun go down every night Do not drink coffee or black tea before bed, instead choose a nice herbal tea Reduce water intake, this helps to reduce the waking at night for the toilet Do not argue before bed, this can upset the peaceful mindset. Stop eating late at night, the body will not be able to digest the food. Try to reduce your stressful thoughts, say to one's self " it cant be changed tonight so wait till morning"
