Welcome back, and happy new year to everyone! What an exciting year we have planned. We are going to introduce the 'Chat corner'! This is where we will have different topics to discuss; this could be a chat from our resident hypnotherapist & Reiki master Martina, or maybe from our excellent remedial massage therapist Andrea, nothing like a few massage tips to help you manage your health until your next appointment. I, too, will give group chats to discuss some handy tips so you can maintain your health and feel great!
